After 2 times Artic Air salesman came out and inspected everything in the basement the heater, ductwork basement. We finally in December 2020 the installed my Central Air. When the 1st time we turned on it was not holding temp and water was dripping all over my basement. Called for service they came out and stated to much humidity in basement and ductwork issures. Arctic Air made and kept their appointment on time. Alex was a pleasant young man who did a thorough job of servicing our air conditioning unit. He seemed very reliable and knowledgeable.
Great, safe, and professional service during this difficult time. Our A/C unit needed to be replaced. The salesman was friendly, but most importantly, thorough. He walked us through all of our different options and the benefits of them. It really helped us make the right decision. The technicians arrived on time and first made sure that no one in my house was sick. This was a relief to know they are protecting themselves as well. Over the years, I have dealt with many people at Arctic for my home, and my rental property. Everyone there is always nice and respectful. The techs and install guys are always on time, very courteous, and never leave any mess. Their pricing is also a great value. I won't consider anyone else for my HVAC needs. Thanks again guys!!
Arctic air replaced my outdoor air unit and air handler. They did a great job and were very friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend using Arctic Air as they are the best HVAC company in Middlesex and Monmouth county.
