Once a highly rated, trustworthy , small family run company but is now corporate owned. They are TERRIBLE! They do everything they can not to honour their guaranty or warranty. My contract says ALL parts, including condenser, are covered in full for 12 years...NO exceptions listed. You get a song and dance about what should be a covered part now being considered an "accessory." My remote failed....they claim it's not an essential part but accessory...except that the split unit will NOT work without it, can't even turn it on... read more
