Used this company for 2 years without a problem and even had a subscription to their comfort club. Had to replace my AC unit one summer and never realized that they didn't caulk the exterior of my home. Fast forward months later in the fall when temperatures are dropping, I had a mouse infestation in my attic because the exterior hole they left was an expressway to my attic. Terrible experience with installing the new AC and Heating unit. It was installed inproperly causing water damage. Three years later it stopped working.They don't deserve any star, should be 0 or negative.
TERRIBLE BUISNESS! I will never use them again. They came out to fix my hot water heater and broke parts to my brand new AC system which included the condenser pipes. Then he didn't s**** the gas pipes tight enough to attach to the pilot light. After the fire department and New ****************** came to assess the home and high gas levels of gas, I was eventually able to return to my home. Our boiler cracked and was not operational. We had no heat and needed a new boiler but were overwhelmed with the various quotes we received. We hired Artic Air after quotes from four other companies. They were efficient, professional and kept to all schedules they made. Worst company in the world I live in a retired community with my parents helping them redo there home and this is like the third time these a******* are doing work on someone elses house and park the truck and throw all the c*** on my front yard
