My experience with Arctic Air was very disappointing. After my unit was initially installed, I noticed it was not cooling properly, so I contacted the company to address the issue. When the owner came out, he was extremely rude. At one point, he even told me that he did not like my smart thermostat. From the beginning, our experience with Artic Air was a 5-Star experience. We had to replace a 60-plus year old a/c unit for an apartment behind my sister's home in Calexico. We had to handle all the arrangements over the phone and text from out of the Valley. We were able to get a very quick estimate from Arctic Air and they were able to get everything done almost immediately.
