I called them up as my ac went out and it was hot! The tech comes out he checks out the unit says my capacitor is out . He changes it out it comes out to about $500, but my ac is working so we are good to go . He mentions it needs a cleaning so he sells us on a membership that gies you 2 cleans every six months for $199 I say sure let's do it .
