A part was mistakenly purchased that ended up not being needed. Only “packaging” that was opened was taking tape off a box but they will not accept a return for a part that wasn’t even touched. I have no use for an extra display screen, they would have a much better opportunity to put it to use but now I am stuck with it. Which is wasteful, asinine and a poor practice on their part.
