DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’ve never experienced such blatant dishonesty and incompetence. I initially contacted this company over a month ago to repair a mini split AC unit—during Louisiana summer heat, with a toddler in the house. They told me I needed electrical work done before they could continue. Fair enough—I immediately scheduled and completed that work with a licensed electrician. Scott and his team have done a lot of work for me. They’re always on time as agreed. I think their price is more than fair. Overall I’ve had an awesome experience with Arctic Air. They’re always my first choice. Highly recommended.
Scott and his son just came out on a Sunday morning to fix my AC. I have a complex high efficiency unit that had an electrical short that was tough to figure out. They handled the problem quickly and effectively. They are good communicators, and I will use them again and again. Thanks! Marshall H.
