Called ARC late in day, came out next morning. Pleased with their promptness service.
I called Shawn in the midst of a cold spell when my furnace had shut off. They sent someone out within hours. The technicians ( Shawn's son and another) were very polite, friendly and informative. They fixed and cleaned my furnace ( and they really did clean the stack with a vacuum, unlike other companies that say they clean the furnace but never clean the soot out of the stack.)
