Sign says they open at 9 which is wrong been waiting for over an hour still nobody is here
Do not recommend for DNA testing, we are still waiting on our results 10 days later after we were told we would have them in 3-5 days. Only ever got in touch with someone from the spartanburg location once and they told me i would have them in a day or two just for them to be out of office two days later and every time i call to get an update the West Columbia office answers.
Don’t recommend. Place NEVER open. No sign up saying unavailable. Very inconveniences. At least have the curiosity to post a sign or change the hours. Only picked this place because it was closer to home.
In and out 15 min. Sweet people work here 😊
No testing here, you got to go to Greenville. Don't waste your time with this place
