Employee locked himself out of the office! Not seen until an hour after my scheduled appointment, then he couldn’t work the computer! If the employee is not trained then don’t leave him unattended!! Very frustrating!!
Recommendedi was in on wednesday for some prints and i had alex help me at the front desk. she was so polite and even though i was a few minutes late she assured me i would still be helped. great experience!
Had a great visit yesterday with ARCpoint Labs, Michael Davis was the one who helped me 🙂 very professional and had a great Attitude, Very Friendly & Knowledgeable. People forget how important it is to have “good people skills” and that is one thing that he has! I give him a and ARC Labs FIVE 5 ⭐️ STARS!!!! Lab was very clean & it was fast and easy.
I had a drug test for my new job, and I was able to work with Michael didn't catch his last name but super energetic a fast at his job passed my test and started working today thank you Michael for your fast service and also the girls at the front desk they were very polite and informative
I was in earlier today and had great service. Alex helped me get my paperwork together and showed me how to set up a fingerprint i need done. Thank you for being so courteous!
