I’ve been there twice and had great experiences. Staff is super sweet and helpful but I especially have to give my 5 stars to Darren for being extra kind and patient with me! He explained everything in detail and didn’t mind it if I had anymore questions. Thank you so much for making me feel so comfortable Darren!
I called Arcpoint and the lady that answered the phone was so nice. I believe her name was Kelsey but I’m not sure. She didn’t have the answer to my question but said she’d call me back when she knew. She did call back. I forgot to ask her a question and called her again. She talked to me with the same enthusiasm. Everyone was friendly and showed great customer service. The place was clean and the wait time was not long. They could probably use a few more chairs in the reception area.
