They should have their hours marked as temporarily closed since they have no phlebotomist to draw blood at this time. There is no notice on the website, google or the office door.
Worst Place. Whoever the lady that answers the phone is Rude. I understand being short staffed but there is a way to conduct over the phone conversation.
I had a really disappointing experience at Secure Health Partners while trying to get my drugs screening done. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. The individual was extremely rude and kept giving harsh, unnecessary commands every minute—telling me not to use my phone, not to keep my hands in my pockets, and constantly ordering me to stand here, move there, and so on. I had a really disappointing experience at Secure Health Partners while trying to get my TSA fingerprints done. The staff was rude and completely unhelpful. They told me I had done something wrong in the process but gave me zero guidance on how to fix it. When I asked questions to try and figure it out, one of them said, “Hope you don’t think you’re getting fingerprints done today,” with a sarcastic tone that made the whole situation even worse.
