Very slow and unorganized. Waited an hour with an appointment while walk ins were taken care of before me. I had to speak up or my wait (on company time) would have been longer.
Having been both an employee and a customer of ARCpoint Labs, I've really appreciated the convenience of affordable lab testing and the accessibility of drug testing for companies and individuals. I've personally gotten my blood work results back the very next day!
