I only added one star because there was no other way to write a review. Truthfully they deserve no stars at all--these people are disgusting Slumlords of the worst possible variety. There's a movie--I can't recall the title--where a slumlord is forced by a judge to live in one of the homes he rents. ONLY REASON FOR ONE STAR IS BECAUSE IT WAS REQUIRED!!Do not rent from this company they are slumlords. They will not fix anything no mattwr how many times you call about it, and after hours you can forget about because they dont answer. I have lived in a house they rent out for 4 years and they have not once fixed any problem i have had i the home. i just got off the phone with this company after two weeks of being moved from apt to apt, house to house they gave me my money back the womens name is irene and she is truly a slumlord. the first apt she gave me had someone already living in it illegally and the second home she tried to give me had a broken window and couldn't pass the inspection. shes rude dont live here trust me you can do better!! they dont even deserve to have a job let alone a star

Do not rent from this company. They are slumlords. Don't believe me? Google it. The experience I had in a building in Stokesdale was horrendous. They leave their buildings in near condemnation state and never fix the problems right the first time. They use deceptive techniques to misrepresent their buildings. Their buildings specifically in stokesdale have leaky roofs, collapsing ceilings and black mold or some form of mold. They are money hungry and do not care about the tenant.
