RecommendedI have been renting with JWB coming up on 2 years and so far so good they have had things fixed in a timely manner and responds quickly with a solution! As a first time renter they have definitely helped me out a lot with renting my first home and I would recommend them to anyone looking for long term leasing.
Terrible customer service. Expecting future/prospective renters to sign paperwork in the front office is extremely unprofessional. It feels as if they intentionally rush you to sign so that you can't read the fine print.

RecommendedJWB has been good to our family for a while now. Kyle is our property manager and he is fantastic, if anything needs to get fixed he is on it so fast. I have already signed a 3 year lease and am in my 2nd of of 3 year lease I will be signing at least one more 3 year lease so our family can be where they need to be to move forward into our future with our kids. Definitely give JWB 5 Stars ⭐️
