my stat with JWB has been awful. every complaint with the house such as termites and carpenter ants went years without them doing anything about it. too many issues to write but until the end the new property manager we have now after it seemed we went through 5 in the 2 yrs weve been here but Kyle seems to be the only one who cares to do his job and willing to make sure your stay is pleasant. ive had so many arguments with the staff at jwb during our stay just to get small things done but i feel comfortable calling KYLE. Since I signed a new lease in January my apartment has flooded with sewer water. This time it was in the middle of the night and I have to deal with it overnight. Have an emergency number but never answered
Horrible. Wouldn’t recommend. They don’t repair anything, do not answer calls nor do they return phone calls. They will do all they can to keep your deposit, folks. Watch out for them. Prior to moving out, you must pay professional painters, carpet cleaners, pest control and professional house keepers and provide receipts for the same. They do not disclose any of this at move-in. They will still find a way to keep your deposit. Taylor Nichols is the worst. Valerie is not any better.

EVERTHING! they are careless selfish money pigs! taking money and food from single moms and babies mouths!! botching paper work and proper dates etc things that are supposed to be professional!! these thrives should be held accountable for the horrible positions they've put families on! JWB Rental Homes are profit oriented. Not caring about their paying families. Their mistake caused a family to lose a wallet/fridge full of food, and all they could manage to find in their hearts to do was send a pizza so they did not have to starve for one night. One night, after having lost multiples nights worth of refrigerated foods!
