I lived at the Arco Lofts on the first floor for a year and my living experience was amazing. The apartment was in pristine state before, during, and after my leasing. The one time I had a maintenance issue with my dishwasher, it was addressed immediately by the maintenance team. You can always find maintenance cleaning the hallways, removing trash, mowing the lawn, etc. The apartment quarters are always kept in a clean state. The parking situation is decently ideal.
