They installed a furnace and air conditioner Sep 2022 and I purchased a maintenance program for $199 they came out once to clean furnace and had an appointment to service air conditioner 4/15/2023 and never showed up. Called and got the run around from them. Never heard from them again until they charged my card 2 years later for $199 Feb 15,2025. Called them on Feb 21, 2025 to demand a refund. Called Cyngier Heating & Air Conditioning when A/C wasn't cooling and ended up with a bill for $411.50 to change the capacitor that took less than 30 minutes and cost around $23.55 to buy. I expected to pay extra for a Saturday service call($106) but to pay an additional $305 for the work described what a disaster. What's the price break down for the service: $300/hr and 500% markup for parts? As a mom in a pinch I WON'T be calling Cyngier Heating & Air Conditioning again and will be sure NOT to recommend.
This company just fixed our rental property AC issues. We are fully satisfied with the service and communication between them and us. They got over quickly and repairs where done fast and well. With calls all along the way to keep us updated on the service done. The technician and office staff I spoke to was also very friendly. We plan to use them again for any future service.
