Worst costumer service ever!! Called them on July 5th because our A/C quit working and it was 86 degrees outside, I did receive a call back from Brian Martin that evening and was told they couldn't get out that evening but could make it the next day, Told him that would be fine and he said someone would call me 1st thing in the morning to let me know what time.
