To all the salesman out there, territory managers or account ... how many times do we gas up and use their facilities? Or buy coffee and pit stop. We know the rules ---> WE ALWAYS BUY SOMETHING IN EXCHANGE FOR USING THE FACILITIES. So why in Gods green earth would you make me buy somehting, while im pumping gas, in order to use your facilities? I was just in the gas station today. I’m a person with the disability. I’m not from around here. I’m from Kansas. I just moved down here to California and I was treated in the most inappropriate way from the manager just because I took too long of five customers left because they could not use the bathroom. I was disappointed with the customer service during my recent visit to this ampm location. The older employee who was working did not greet customers or say "thank you," which made the experience feel unwelcoming. The younger employee also spoke in a rude tone, and the interaction came across as unfriendly.
