On Sep 30, 2025 at 2:30pm, my vehicle was damaged inside this South Gate ARCO car wash due to improper loading by the attendant, failure to monitor the system during operation, and what I later discovered to be a visibly broken guide roller, an essential component responsible for keeping vehicles aligned on the conveyor track.
