Horrible place to go no customer service, you ask for help it seems they don't know you.
I love Arco. Cheap gas cheap snacks. So I go and I have apps that require you to scan receipts for money. So at this particular Arco they have the straws hidden from us so we need to ask for one while paying. No problem the young Hispanic male asks me if I want a straw. I said yes and a receipt. He gave me my change without a receipt, so I asked for one he said "oh you want a receipt." I responded with yes I also asked for one when you asked me if I wanted a straw.
