Accessibility to a bathroom at a gas station is a must. Plus Covid is no longer a thing. Watched the manager come back from the bathroom with the key. Female attendant looks for key cannot find it. Asks the manager and his reply to her was no. She had to make up a story about someone walking off with it. Loss of keys and bathroom maintenance is understandable. But not offering to your patrons is bad for business. Target next door has a nice bathroom and better snacks. Guess I won’t be going to this ARCO for either.
Llene el tanque de gasolina en esta Arco 25 W. Tierra Rejada Simi Valley mientras se llenaba senti ganas de orinar fui con el cajero y me dijo aqui no hay baño y le dije estas seguro que No hay baño y me dijo Yo soy el manager y te digo que No hay baño. En california hay leyes y todo conercio tienen que tener baño. El muchacho me dijo que el era el manager yo no le pregunte cual era su posicion solo necesitaba usar el baño. :(
