Went to this gas station and the lobby was closed because it was night time. The guy asked me how much and I always say $60 on debit. Every Arco I have gone to always puts it as prepay $60.35 with the 35 cents fee they charge for cards. I put $43 and thought they send me back the $12 as every Arco always charges me for what I put. I drive home and see that I got charged $60.35 for the gas even though I only put $43. I check my bank app and the guy charged me $60.35 as CREDIT! Stopped by to pay for gas and grab a few snacks, but the experience was frustrating from the start. After walking up to the counter, the employee completely ignored me and sat down on his phone. He didn’t even acknowledge me until he finished whatever he was doing, then finally got up with an attitude to ring me up. To make things worse, the items were difficult to scan because of the bulletproof window setup, which clearly isn’t user-friendly.
