The gas attendant was extremely rude and tried to put way more in my tank than asked. When my card came back declined because I had asked for a lower amount he argued with me and my husband when I had a literal text saying he put the wrong number in. He wasn't in uniform or even looked like he worked there and was extremely rude.
I'm giving this place a one star because each time I have had an issue with the gas attendant and this time the gas attendant yelled at my wife and I told me he put in the amount I said and he did not he added a few to many 0 and it declined my card. I tried showing him on my phone and he began to disrespect my wife and I even more telling us were wrong when the proof was in black and white anyways. My rating might change if I ever go back or go inside and that's a real maybe
I just wanted to say how impressed I felt today with one of the service men. He was cool and respectful even though a very sick and evil man threw horrible racial slurs at him, for a whole 5 minutes or more. It happened today at 1:20 at the Holgate Arco. I tried calling but couldn't get thru. I would suggest never giving him gas again. Please check out the cameras for him. That's all, I'm a loyal customer for 16 years. I just witnessed something so disrespectful and I just want Arco to protect and appreciate that employee.
