I purchased gas for $11.61 on 05/30/26 at2:20 pm at the gas station at 16501 goldenwest st Huntington Beach, ca 92647. I did not receive the gas and proceeded to pump gas at a different pump and did receive the gas from that pump. The first pump stopped itself at $11.61 and would not continue to pump. The manger zaid who had no name tag on insisted I did receive the gas and refused to issue a refund or replace the gas. The pump wasn’t working for other people after me. I have a very sad experience this afternoon around 6:25 pm I come to the register with a $10.00 in change all dimes but perfectly organized in 10 coins,and lady there tell me I m sorry but I can't not take any more coins when I told her is money she still not want to accept my money I really hope the owner take a moment to talk to her and educate her about how to do a costumer service because this is how you Lost clients. today you just lost one, but tomorrow it could be more.
