I’m writing as a long-time customer. My husband and I have been coming to this ARCO almost every day for years, and lately they’ve been shorting our pump by $1–$2 on multiple occasions. My husband tried to be calm and give them the benefit of the doubt, but today he watched them make the same mistake again and politely asked them to fix it. I’ve been a loyal customer at this ARCO gas station for over four years. I literally go there almost every single day to put gas and buy inside. But lately, they’ve been constantly shorting my money — every time I load cash, they put $1 or $2 less on the pump. I let it go several times, but this keeps happening and it’s clearly intentional.
