This is one of my favorite place to get gasoline. And I have been patronizing this store for years. Their staff's smiles and greetings relived my fatigue after working day. Recently, a new young lady joined the team and didn't smile or say "Thank you", but a long face like a collection agent. I think maybe she's not in a good mood on that day. However, after several visits, the same attitude. A good attitude is basic in service industry. Without that, the result will be unhappy customers and lost patrons.
