This is the 4th time I try and change my lottery scratcher and the gentleman that was on register claims he has no change so i have no choice but to cash my tickets for more tickets instead of being able to get part cash and the other part scratchers, he is very disrespectful and unprofessional. This happened today January 28th 2025 at 3pm he was the only person running register.
Immediately vibe upbeat positive and happy. Has to be the #1 best customer service representative experienced without a doubt! Erma and Jacquline are exceptionally well respected and courageous to assist in any such task. Thank you 🙏🏼
