Worst experience at a gas station in a long time. First the EBT card did not work he did not hear an offer to enter it manually just said it's not working so I wasted minutes gas coming here for no reason they need need to put a sign up that says not accepting ebt.
Horrible management leadership, and completely unacceptable poor quality customer care services offered towards the city of Elk Grove locals without any reasonable doubt. I honestly wouldn’t visit this fuel station and convenience food mart, unless it was my very last resort or if all other businesses are closed.
Absolutely unprofessional, unproductive and incompetent leadership management occurring at Arco AMPM fuel station. The employees are grossly rude and disrespectful, full of rage and defiant behavior towards customers.
Easy access. Great car wash.
