Just called to ask about the smog check services and a woman answered saying, “lady, it’s Sunday, not opened today.” So then, I said no problem what’s the hours on the weekday for when they are opened, she said, it’s not opened and abruptly hung up on me. I tried calling her back and she answered and just left me on the line. Now it’s just a busy signal. I hardly write reviews but im not sure why a company will let someone answer the phone and be rude. Like, just don’t answer the phone.
