If I could give zero stars, I would! There was an incident where I witnessed workers discriminate against a willing paying customer who was not causing any trouble, and workers made assumptions that he was unhoused because he was holding luggage and forcibly kicked him out of the store. Never coming back here, it was such an ugly experience. That is no way to treat anyone and is very unprofessional. Owner, I really hope you take this matter seriously!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I received the worst customer service of my life here. The cashiers were beyond rude and extremely disrespectful. I was having issues making a purchase with my card and they publicly embarrassed me in front of other customers and kicked me out of the store. The cashiers names were Nick and Sandy. All I said on my way out was that they didn't have to be so rude, and they cursed and mocked me as I left.
