I left my heart at this Arco… July 3rd was a beautifully warm evening, we happened upon this establishment and, by gods graces, we found this gem. This institution has everything your heart desires for a particularly memorable pit stop: eccentric locals welcoming you, friendly barkeepers, and free entertainment (a high speed car chase).
