Look, its an Arco in Tacoma so I already dont have high hopes every time I come here but if you have the UNFORTUNATE luck of crossing paths with a (I believe) "Mariabel" (or something like that). She's the short, skinny with black hair woman, Mexican and I believe possibly even a Manager (how, I have no idea) of some sort. She has absolutely no customer service skills what so ever.
