I stopped at this ARCO gas station as a customer to refuel. The restroom is clearly marked as available (“restroom”), but when I asked to use it, I was told that it is for employees only. I understand store policies, but for travelers and customers, access to a restroom is very important—especially at a gas station. The employee just told me the restroom is only for men. Which is weird because I’ve been to this gas station 100 times and have used that restroom before when getting gas. She had like red dyed hair and piercings. Didn’t catch her name. Weird thing to lie about.
