Personalized care with the best Nurse Practitioner and staff. Physician is also very patient and caring. After hours staff promptly address issues and follow up. This facility in particular is the best choice of Archwell Health locally.
Ads claim they proudly acvept United Healthcare plans but what they don't say is not all United Healthcare Plans. Misleading .... They are polite and helpful until they find out that your plan is not one in their network. When asked if they do out of network billing, the girl just kept repeating you are not eligible. My plan offers the same coverage for in and out of network..... I would not even consider them due to the fact that they treat you with "distaste" once you don't fit their mode.
