The receptionists were very nice and efficient. The NP was personable. I felt comfortable during are visit, she listened and answered my questions. I liked that she seem to already know some of my medical history that was a plus for me.
Everyone at the center was kind, thoughtful, and attentive. The care, the exam that I received was very thorough. I was very pleased.
My first appointment for a thorough physical at Archwell Health in Cleveland Heights was great. The reception duo were friendly and warm. The nurse practitioner spent a full hour with me conducting a health history interview as well as a physical examination. I had urine and blood samples collected right there and a follow-up visit was set for just two weeks later. I am happy to return!
