From the front desk to the exam room every person was polite, professional and friendly. The office is immaculate and comfortable. And I have never had a practice give me my A1C level in under 3 minutes. In a nutshell .... Amazing!
This was my first visit. The staff was attentive and professional. I love the fact that Archwell caters to seniors. I also was impressed with them having their own lab and eye test equipment. They also provide transportation for those who need it. I’m looking forward to participating in the activities they provide monthly.
It was my first visit. The front desk people were pleasant and helpful. I got in right away. Very thorough in their exam as far as getting all my history and such. So far so good. I need to go back for bloodwork and follow up. Happy that I go there for bloodwork, and not set up somewhere else. We'll see how my experience will be.
