My senior spouse WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE! Yesterday, May 15 2026 , in the morning he went to get what should have been blood draw. He has simple large veins , so there was no reason for him to come home injured ; stuck 5 times , his arm swollen , bruised and actually throbbing at the needle site , heart rate through the roof and has been in horrible pain .
