The Dr and Staff are excellent. Plus they provide to and from rides to appts!
Love Dr.Shelton he listens and alway has an answer for my problems. He really care for his patients. Also Archwell has a ton of activities you can come and do!
Overall I do like Archwell & All the Extras they have. However I was very disappointed they could not remove the ear wax in my ears.
Looking forward on meeting the team for my care
The experience with the doctor was terrific. I felt very listened to, understood, and everything was appropriate and thorough. The only reason I put it at four stars instead of five is that my paperwork was totally messed up so I was over an hour in the waiting room. Luckily, I had no other pressing events in my schedule, so it did not present a problem for me specifically. I think the doctor was more upset than I was! But I like Archwell. So far, so good.
