Had appointment at 2:00, got called in at 2:30, when I finally stated to person calling another patient that I had been passed. My time is just as valuable as the medical personell. Regarding the issue I went in for - was told to continue what I had been doing and return in two weeks if not better. I’m still in pain.
I'm comfortable with them.
The staff, as always, was very friendly. Dr. Martinez volunteered to take care of a couple of concerns I only asked about.
Everybody at archwell is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My PCP is truly interested in improving my health and making my life more comfortable.
