I am so impressed thus far. the staff actually feels to me that they really care. I absolutely adore my doctor and I love the fact that she listens to me. just amazing as you start aging and getting other things coming up. those are times when those questions arise and you actually need an answer you can understand. my doctor definitely listens and interprets what I've asked and then interprets it back to me. just wonderful. thank you to all the staff

Called to schedule a new patient appt. Tori was extremely rude, short and unprofessional. I’ll be going elsewhere. Tori could use some guidance and a refresher on customer service skills and being polite and courteous to patients.
