Update: I emailed the company as requested below but heard NOTHING back. They truly don’t care. In May 2025, my husband’s walker was broken by the driver that Archwell arranged and that took us to Archwell for our appointment. Since then nothing has been done to fix or replace the walker. A few months later, our provider ordered medication for my husband that was $900 even though we told him not to. Thankfully our mail order pharmacy alerted us otherwise we would have paid it with the credit card on file and been stuck with ... read more
