What a great experience I had at Archwell. I had Fran, a nurse, and she had such cheerful and fun spirit. The visit before this one I had Ashley. She was empathetic, good listener and very pleasant. My Dr Bharat is very patient oriented and kind. Actually she isn't a dr. but I forgot her Title. When the only people you see are your medical practitioners it really helps and makes a difference when they're caring and pleasant.
I really like this practice. Appointments are on time. The doctor/PA spends time going over your history, diagnostic tests, concerns and always followup afterwards. I still have problems with phone calls to the office and find it easier to stop in than to call.
Fantastic on time no waiting. Amazing young staff who took their time to get to know me. I’m very happy to have made the move to Archwell.
