They have not treated me today with my enormously swollen leg. I have lymph edema and should have went to the ER but they put me with the nurse practitioner even though the doctor was there. She referred me for an ultrasound and I have never heard back. If it is not a blood clot I need to know what it is. Forget getting treated at this place by that nurse. I am going to report this to my insurance and change physicians. This place is not efficient and just refer you to everyone rather than treat you!

This office has put my health care in a mess. They can't do a referral no matter now many people fax request or call. My cardiologist, gastrointestinal apot, follow up on abnormal mammogram. I have called they are incompetent. After having two more heart stents put in instead of 2 week follow up no referral after many request now my appointment in7 weeks. I told N.P. Anna her staff was not doing there job . She said nothing. Looking for a new pcp.
I was looking for a new doctor after moving to Bradenton. I received a flyer in the mail from Archwell and decided to give them a go. I made an appointment and went to see Dr. York. The office space was very pleasant and the front desk women were great.I was impressed.
