Changed my appointment 2 times. Gave me wrong medicine for UTI. Never called me on my blood work. Hung up on me twice. Service sucks.
I switched primary doctors on the early part of the year 2024. Came to Archwell because they offered free Uber rides for doctor appointments, since I’m on Medicare and live half hour drive from my house to nearest Archwell location. Also seen on time for appointments by my provider., heard they take good care of their patients, seniors on Medicare. Unfortunately I found out it not true completely.
