Archway handled a $120,000 claim. They did all the back and forth with the insurance company, I was hands off. Since then, I've used them for minor external repair. Shane does a good job and ensures you get the maximum out of your claim.

Talk about top notch customer service!! About a year ago we had to patch a small area on our roof that was damaged during a storm, fast forward a year and the same area had storm damage again. The shingles came off and our roof was exposed. We had some extra shingles from the last repair and called Archway. Eric came out the next day, said they could handle the repair and also noticed that our flue pipe needed to be resealed. He scheduled the repair a couple days later and is taking care of us. Eric came out super quick to look at my roof after a recent storm. Although no significant damage was found, he was able make a few adjustments and told me to monitor it, as well as offering some repair advice to the ceiling area affected. He fit me in last second during a very busy time and did not charge me anything. He was super knowledgeable, very friendly, and explained everything perfectly. I will 100% use him and his team in the future and will be telling anyone I know that he's the guy! Thank you, Eric!

They came out to bid the job and then we never heard from them again. Called numerous times and left many messages. Emailed them and finally got a phone call which promised another call and have never heard from them. Really frustrating when you try to do business with such a non responsive company. Would not recommend especially if you actually need the work to actually be done.
