SIMPLE!Y THE BEST!! Tim came out did an in home estimate. I showed him pictures of what I wanted. Bits a parts of a Kitchen, i was scared since most of my pictures were not consistent and all over the place.. figured something would go wrong but bam next thing I know I'm shown designs from a professional designer. By far one of the best remodeling comanies we've had throught the years. Being a resident in Chicago for 20 years, I've had many projects throught my home. I called Archway and got a quote that was in the middle of the other quotes so I went with them. I had some ktchen cabinets dropped in and a new day area. They were awesome. They even uncovered some issues I had with the electrical. Archway was great!!
I will never use these people again. They set appointments for work to begin only to find out they can't get the cabinets and counter top you pick out. The workers are slow to start, and the work leaves much to be desired. Less then 2 months after the workers left my kitchen started falling apart. I have called many times to have Scotty come and see the damages and stand by their word but always get an excuse from the girls that he is busy or in a meeting. Now I need to get another company to repair things.
