Good luck getting ahold of anybody. Zero response to inquiries left via vm, and no answer from any department. Useless.
Not sure why I pay $200 a year to a bunch of thieves that don't actually do anything to keep the neighborhood looking presentable. 10 dollar surcharge to pay online, unless you use their sketchy service too. I'd never buy another home that anything to do with these criminals.
This management company is one sided and does not care about the homeowners. They are only in it for the money. I am being 100% honest. Stay away from them and look elsewhere for a management company!!!
After living at Village Square for 8 years, I can honestly say the neighborhood was never a place I considered a safe and welcoming home. I’ve been selective enforced multiple times for things that other residents have done in the neighborhood such as having a security camera and flowers on my porch.
