My experience at Archway Dental was excellent. The team was completely transparent about the cost of all services, which I genuinely appreciated. They were accommodating throughout my visit, and the clinic itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and made the entire appointment smooth and comfortable. Overall, a great experience — I highly recommend Archway Dental.
It would be greatly appreciated if this establishment could ensure that its medical-grade waste is disposed of in accordance with City of Windsor regulations. At present, full bags of refuse are being placed in the public litter bin directly in front of the business, sometimes not even in bags, just dumped inside. This bin has no lid and is located across from both a daycare and a school, creating a potential health and safety concern for families walking by. We drove over two hours to see Dr. Eric Bellis at Archway Dental, and it was absolutely worth it. Our 5-year-old needed a cavity filled, and Dr. Bellis was incredibly honest about the treatment options. He was able to complete the procedure without anesthetic—something our local dentists insisted was necessary. Dr. Bellis was calm, gentle, and wonderfully communicative throughout.
