This place is a joke! So much for being income based and for people that need housing. Very rude never answer the phone or emails. So a resident suggested I knock on the office door to see if there old hear me. They did..... then proceeded to tell me that if you have anything in collections you WILL be denied. So hospital bills and stuff like that make you ineligible for an apartment. What a joke!!! If people had perfect credit they would buy a house with a yard not stay in an apartment. Had a friend that lived here for a few years that I used to visit. This place is scary. Multiple people approaching your car when you pull up asking what you are doing there. Hand to hand transactions right on the street. Avoid!
Awful. She just took our money and didn’t even let us finish the application we paid for. Told us we had 14 days to finish what we needed and they would hold our stuff until then, then a few days later just cancelled all of our progress for the application, kept our money, and she told us not to call the office. I am flabbergasted.
I Love my home. I Love that my kids & I have our own place to be together. With No, Drama. Management (JACKIE ) THAT LADY IS GOOD PEOPLE. NO MATTER IN WORKING HOURS / OR AFTER HOURS. YOU BE RIGHT & SHE BE RIGHT. NO DRAMA!
