Everyone is very nice and friendly, including Dr. Saltzman, who likes to tell corny jokes to lighten the mood. We encountered a problem when the front desk gal ran our debit card for a $283.71 amount we had not even received an explanation of benefits or bill for. She just ran it with our copay instead of waiting until we got the actual bill. Now we are trying to get reimbursed, because in addition to that payment that shouldn't have been charged us, additional bills are coming in that are not my husband's responsibility due... read more
